Clearly there is a difference between consultancy focused work and that of Operational.  Regal fully appreciates the difference and is able to provide effective outsourced Operational support covering areas such as Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Resilience and Continuity, and Crisis Management.

Given the experience gained over many years in operational support, Regal can either add extra resource and depth to an existing team, or where there is very limited current resource within the business, provide part time but senior level support.  This includes the availability to call on resources as and when required to cover short term requirements such as during an incident or crisis event that would benefit from first hand knowledge and a structured effective methodology for managing a business from incident commencement back to business as usual.
